Robert L. Muller Bob is Echelon’s CEO and Senior Managing Member overseeing all direction and implementation of Echelon’s goals and direction.
  A graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bob’s first job was at AlliedBendix as Quality Engineering Lead on a team transitioning a 95% make, unionized aerospace facility from upstate New York to a 95% buy, non-unionized new facility in Florida.  
  He was specifically tasked with determining what was required from the old facility, adapting it to the new environment, and creating what was necessary to maintain production on customers and programs such as Sikorsky Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney, Bendix Kansas City, General Electric, Lockheed, and Marine1 and Nuclear Football, as well as NTSB investigations.  
Since then he’s worked in United Technologies Engineering Department and Program Offices on programs including Program Proposal Manager on the U.S. Army’s “Multiple Launch Rocket System” and its “Tactical Missile System” upgrade, and Logistic Support Analyst/Integrated Logistic Support Manager where he worked on several DoD classified projects including “Star Wars” and “MILSTAR”.  More recently, Bob as President and Member of the Board of Directors of Fenrir Industries, Inc.
Mark A. Pikulik Mark is the Managing Member overseeing all operational efforts at Echelon.
  Mark currently is a Reliability/Maintainability Engineering Manager at Sikorsky Aircraft and has held various managerial and technical positions, overseeing multi-level salaried staffs in multiple facilities, during his career which spans aircraft development, quality control, telecommunications, military defense, and software development.  
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Union College and a Masters of Business Administration in corporate finance from Pace University. He also has achieved past certification as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and held a United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine 50-Ton Masters License.
Robert B. Green Rob is the Managing Member overseeing finances and equity owner relations.
  Rob founded Cojo Bay Advisors, LLC, with offices in Discovery Bay, CA, and Incline Village NV, in 2004 after realizing the need for prudent, unbiased financial planning at a reasonable price for individuals and small businesses.
Rob has been working within the investment management industry since graduating from San Diego State with a degree in Economics.  Within that time, he has worked for a commercial real estate firm, a major mutual fund complex, an investment management firm, a trust department of a bank, and a hedge fund. He began his career as a property analyst with the Bixby Ranch Company of Seal Beach, California. He then moved back to the Bay Area and accepted a position with Franklin Resources, Inc. in San Mateo where he marketed the company’s substantial offering of mutual funds (marketed under the Franklin Templeton Family of Funds) to the brokerage community. His next career move placed him with the investment management firm of Jurika & Voyles, LP where he served as an Associate Portfolio Manager for over four years. Mr. Green left Jurika & Voyles to accept a position as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with the Investment Management and Trust Department of The Mechanics Bank, headquartered in Richmond, California. He then accepted a partnership in the hedge fund firm of Morrison & Frazier, LLC in Lafayette, California.  
Rob grew up in the Napa Valley and is very active within the community. He is the treasurer and executive board member of the Fallen Waterman’s Foundation which provides educational expense assistance for children of parents who were lost in water-related accidents. He is also the fundraiser chairman for the Highlander Pride Foundation which supports high school sports activities. He works with many local charities as a Benefit Auctioneer, performing live auctions throughout Northern California and Nevada. He is a past treasurer of the Swedish American Patriotic League, and member of the Sveadal Board of Governors, and a past committee chairman with The Guardsmen of San Francisco. Rob is an avid snow skier, sailor, devoted husband, father of two, and public address announcer for high school sports.
Ronald A. Mann Ron oversees all Sales and Marketing efforts for Echelon where he brings more than 30 years experience in marketing, sales and market research.  
  After receiving his degree in Business from the University of Rhode Island, Ron has held positions at top New York advertising agencies and market research suppliers, such as Backer & Spielvogel  and DCA Advertising, heading up the marketing & consumer services department and working for clients including Hyundai automobiles, Miller Beer, Cordoniu Sparkling Wines, Coca-Cola, Frito-Lay, Levi Strauss, Helene Curtis, Campbell’s Soup, Magnavox, American Express, and MetLife.
Frank T. LaFauci Frank is Echelon’s Chief Financial Officer and oversees all the company’s finances, with a focus towards finance and internal systems implementations.
  Frank LaFauci is both a corporate executive and entrepreneur, having worked for Grant Thornton, Paine Webber, and the New York Post, and founded Positive Impact Corporation (PIC), a software consulting firm and CPA Firm in 1990.  Clients included firms in financial services, (Brean Capital); entertainment (Hallmark Entertainment); manufacturing, (Preferred Brands - Tasty Bite); and sports (New York Yankees).
Frank is a CPA and obtained his MBA in Finance from Pace University at NYC in 1984.
Reinaldo I. Quiles Rey is Echelon’s Director of Operations and oversees all shop floor efforts and personnel.
  Rey built most of Echelon’s prototype loom, using his U.S. Navy experiences, serving in the Persian Gulf on a MH-53 helicopter as Plane Captain, to figure out how to make portions of defense industry engineers’ designs buildable and functionable. Through Rey’s efforts, Echelon’s engineers learned how to make their designs easier to make, build, run and maintain – the loom design now needing to be built.
David R.E. Hale Dave serves as Military Advisor to Echelon’s Managing Members with over thirty years of senior level experience in synchronizing a broad spectrum of operational programs and financial resources in the national and international arenas.
  Dave is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and retired as a Major General in 1998. He is a combat veteran and was awarded the Silver Star, 3 Bronze Stars for Valor, and the Purple Heart. During his military career he served as the Director of Political-Military Affairs for General Colin Powell and as the Deputy Commanding General of NATO Forces in Southeastern Europe. He is a graduate of the National War College, the Senior Executive Course at the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. He holds a MS in Operations Research/Systems Analysis.
He currently serves as the President of Smart Sourcing Inc. (SSI), a private company that specializes in manufacturing, distribution, and the outsourcing of contract manufacturing. He has appeared as a guest commentator on CNN and BBC business programs and has been a featured speaker at the World Outsourcing Summit.
